United Nations Poster Design
For this project, I collaborated with UN officials to design a poster promoting UN Sustainable Development Goal 14: Life Below Water, which emphasizes the urgent need to protect marine ecosystems from threats such as overexploitation and pollution. A central element of the poster is a fish pointing upstream, transitioning from whole on the top half to skeletal on the bottom—a powerful visual metaphor for the consequences of unsustainable practices like overfishing and oil spills. The design features bold typography, a clear layout, and a vivid orange color palette, chosen to symbolize warning and the critical need for immediate action. This project demonstrates my ability to use design to communicate urgent global issues, transforming complex challenges into visually impactful stories that engage audiences and inspire action.
